    With the diff skid you have to remove a brake line to install the one of the brackets, not hard but if you're not paying attention you can scratch it or damage it.     I imagine it's the same for the 4Runner's, the front plates should be interchangeable between all OffRoad trims. Ive had the parts website say mixed things before as well.

    Hey so this is my post, glad you guys over here found it usefu hahal. I payed about 300 for the front bash plate, 300 for the trasnmission skid and about 250 for the diff skid. I save some coin on shipping by being local to a major dealership with an excellent parts center.
