I was thinking about going with the trail hunter to bypass the massive seats in the TRDPro.
The seat size /shapes are the same in the Trailhunter and TRD Pro no? Just different looks I thought.

@Zaki is right about the Trailhunter snorkel. I just wrote up this explanation hope it helps members who think its purpose is deep water wading.I understand the snorkel for the trailhunter is not for crossing waterways but since it is an overlanding spec, it is to provide cleaner air to the engine.
The looks seem overly pretentious and the sound will become annoying after the novelty has worn off. But that is just me. This may well be the very thing many find attractive about the Trailhunter trim.
how could one with a 911 turbo ever say turbo noises "become annoying"? They almost make as many smiles per gallon than boats do!I understand the snorkel for the trailhunter is not for crossing waterways but since it is an overlanding spec, it is to provide cleaner air to the engine.

The 4Runner TRD Pro does not have the silly isodynamic seats that are in the Tacoma TRD Pro.I was thinking about going with the trail hunter to bypass the massive seats in the TRDPro.
Not turbo noise, rather the Air sucking intake whoosh from the snorkel at the passenger A pillar.how could one with a 911 turbo ever say turbo noises "become annoying"? They almost make as many smiles per gallon than boats do!
