Magnetic drain plug for oil change -- recommendations?

what and how do I get a magnetic drain plug

I always replaced the stock oil drain plug with a Fumoto valve on all my cars/trucks/motorcycles at the 1st oil change to make all subsequent oil changes a lot easier.

No. They make different thread for different car/truck. That's the first thing I do after getting a new car. The one on my 2003 4Runner is still there after 22 years

I assume that the standard oil plug is not magnetic?
