Preproduction (Production?) Trailhunter 4Runner spotted

Hybrid models like the 4Runner Trailhunter aren't supposed to start production until February, so that make this sighting of a preproduction Trailhunter? Would seem too early to be a production model.

Appears to be at a port or holding facility of some kind, there's factory protective coverings on the wheels and touchscreen display. Whatever this is, the Trailhunter 4Runner is looking nice.
