Press Reviews Drive Event Date Set for 2025 4runner 6th Gen (January 2025)

Heard from my friend who works for one of the big publications -- Toyota just sent 2025 4runner press drive invites out. He wasn't comfortable sharing exact dates but confirmed that the event will happen in January 2025 and he can publish his review and info by February. So now we know at least when the press test drive event will be and when we'll get pricing, MPG, whatever missing specs etc.

Anyone know how long between the publication of the press drive event reviews for the new Tacoma and its on-sale / release date? Maybe we can use that to gauge when the 2025 4Runner's release date.

Did some searching on Tacoma4g and here were those dates:

November 23, 2023 -- First 2024 Tacoma reviews were posted
January 27, 2024 -- First reported customer delivery

So about 2 months from when first drive reviews were posted and delivery began for the new Tacoma.

So we can expect first deliveries by mid-late march 2025. Still tempted by the LC but will definitely wait for prices, specs and trims for the 4R.
