From the 2024 4Runner 6th Gen Owner's Manual:

Gas/Fuel Octane rating: 87 Octane (Research Octane Number 91) or higher

Engine Oil Grade: 0W-20

Outside temperature:
SAE 0W-20 is the best choice
for good fuel economy and good
starting in cold weather.
If SAE 0W-20 is not available,
SAE 5W-20 oil may be used.
However, it must be replaced
with SAE 0W-20 at the next oil
change.

Fuel / Gas Tank Capacity: 19.0 gal.

if you are saying you have to put 91 octane gas in the new 4 runner, In NC your choice is 87,89 or 93, there is no 91 and the difference is about 75 Cents a gallon, so a fill up will cost you about 15 dollars more, I have a 2007 BMW 335i that takes 93 octane gas, dont drive it much anyway but filling up is painful I was seriously conserdeing a new 4 runner but I doubt I will be buying a new 4 runner, the Lexus GX models I dont like because the back hatch opens up like a door at lease on older models. I have a 2014 4runner with 225,000 miles, I might just buy a used 2020-24 model from carmax with less miles or drive this one till it totally craps out.
