Having the moonroof yields more headroom in my experience. As the driver at least, maybe not in the rear passenger area.

According to the post, the boulder/black interior should be available for the Hybrid TRD Off-Road Premium, but I don't see it in the configurator.

I have a 5th generation 4Runner with a moonroof. The moonroof definitely does reduce the driver's headroom.
