It seems as though the spreadsheet is not updating as often as it used to. Currently the gas model spreadsheet is still showing 3/25 as the last data update. Anyone else having issues? It was very consistent until this week.

I had a windows update overnight yesterday so my computer reset. I started the run again just now (10:30am CDT) and so it should be out there by 5pm CDT today. Runs normally start at 9pm CDT and finish around the next day at 4am CDT (including the upload), so in the csv files some infoDateTime values can be late at night the day before and some early in the morning the current day as that time shows when the data was collected for a given model at the time it was collected.
Also because I use google drive APIs and my program is per google developers workspace still in the" Test" phase the credentials used to upload the files to the google drive only last 1 week and then I have to manually by hand reauthorize them again which means the upload of a run usually won't happen until around 1 pm once a week by the time I get to it (usually on Thursday but can shift)

Gerg-G: would it be straightforward to add a column to the spreadsheet that shows the date that a new VIN/vehicle was added to the spreadsheet? I don't expect the column could be easily back-dated with that info for existing vehicles in the spreadsheet, but for new additions going forward?

I'll take a look at it.

Does anyone know if dealerships negotiate among themselves to get what customers want in other areas? I’m not seeing the one I ordered on the list yet, and I saw a few other comments indicating they didn’t see what they had reserved either. Yet, the vehicle showed up without ever appearing on this list.

They can yes, some things might be missing from the list. The deposit i had on a ORP initially was never on the list to begin with but already at port processing.

I think they do negotiate among themselves as I have seen once and a while in the spreadsheet (actually via the searchForVehicles application), A VIN x that was associated with dealer A, and a VIN y that was associated with dealer B, get swapped where VIN x is now associated with dealer B and VIN y is now associated with dealer A

But in your case you are saying a vehicle VIN never shows up on the list even though it is at the port. Possibly, in that case if the car has been spoken for then maybe sometimes it is completely hidden from the public Toyota inventory website so dealers don't get calls about it as it is essentially sold , as opposed to showing it as Pre-Sold?
