So I am the generator of those referenced Toyota model spreadsheets. See the Readme.txt file in the folder for details on the spreadsheets, the github.com project that generates them, and info on the capability to be texted or emailed based on a user specific search criteria.
Thank you for making this incredible resource available! So I am going to the following link for hybrids:

Yes, download the spreadsheets and then sort the states column. Links to download the sheets to your computer.

Link to Gas model allocations spreadsheet (sortable):

Link to Hybrid model allocations spreadsheet (sortable):

So when I go to the hybrid link, it opens up directly into a CSV file, not into a folder so I cannot see any Readme text file. Is there a way to get to the folders by following this link? And the info on this link does not seem to be updating, the dates and number of rows seem to be unchanged, am I doing something wrong? Thanks again for doing this, it is greatly appreciated!

So I figured out that the reason we're not seeing Hawaii allocations (even though the readme.txt says it includes AK and HI) is because Toyota Hawaii aka Servco distributes/allocates separate from Toyota North America directly from Japan. Is there a way to add the Servco allocations to this sheet or another separate sheet? Thanks!

Yes, thanks, I had added that statement in the updated Readme.txt a few days ago. Generally check the Readme.txt periodically for updates

It seems like some dealers also just don't participate in Toyota's online inventory system (ex: Longo)

So the vehicle inventory folder link is
https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1uOnNR7wVHN6o5rTjcMhVsNL3SKq5UJwC?usp=sharing

Readme.txt is in that google folder , and you can also access directly via link

So Longo Toyota of Prosper TX is now showing up in the 4runner spreadsheet. See the Readme.txt for an explanation of why sometimes a dealer might not show up in the spreadsheet

Gotcha, was referring to the regular one (Longo Toyota in CA). Thanks for the info.

Recent update to the spreadsheets is a column that calculates the distance (straight line distance) from the Dealer to Center Latitude, Longitude that you specify in the spread sheet.

Ahh, Interesting. I'll look at that.
I don't think it's anything on your end. They are a massive dealership and only have a handful of 4Runners showing up on their site. My ORP Hybrid is an early build and at the port now, but has never shown up on their website or Toyota's inventory search.

I see six Longo Toyota CA listings in todays 4runner spreadsheet.
Right -- they probably have 20+ that are missing, they're the largest Toyota dealer in the world and have a waiting list 1-2 years long. I'm guessing those 6 units aren't pre-sold or have a deposit on them.

Thanks; really appreciate you doing this.
What's the criteria for dropping off the list? Is this database somehow linked to Toyota's master database of completed sales and it removes that VIN and its data once the sale is entered? Or maybe each entry just stays on the list for a fixed # days and drops off after that even if not sold?
