Yep, they will mount, but if you do the chalk test you’ll see that the sode of the tires likely donmt have much contact with the ground, if you call Falken they will likely advise removing this tire as quick as possible. I only speak about this because I went through the exact same thing on a previous vehicle, the tire store that I chose, discount tire, does not have accurate sizing for wheel width from the manufacturer.

I have the same tire in 265/70/17 on mine. I wanted the 285 bit didn’t want to change wheels. The stock sr5 17s are nice.

You are correct on Discount tire. They list 265's as the stock tire on a 2025 4R6g. I emailed them this morning as I was looking for alternate tires. I checked mine and the Toyota spec and they are 245. Bridgestone when I expected Yokohama for some reason.

I've heard the same about the 285's, which is why when i swap out the stock 245's, I'll be going with 265's.

I initially was going to wait and see if TRD wheels popped up for sale, but the dark grey/black SR5 wheels have really grown on me as they look better in-person. I'll be keeping mine.

Are those SL or XL rated? I have an SR5 as well and the stock Geolanders are XL and the ride quality is too harsh.
