Can I ask a dumb question. On both rear doors, is there a lot of play towards the top/back of the rear doors and vent windows (triangle pieces)? Mine does on both sides and I was curious if this was normal.
so you do or donāt have the same?Itās an Easter Egg
Mine is at the port as we speak. No gots yetso you do or donāt have the same?![]()
Well, you couldnāt be more right. So weird! There definitely is movement on the smaller windows. Not sure why, but itās there. Thanks for pointing it out!Can I ask a dumb question. They had to go to an extra effort to do this quasi floating window so I'd say odds are good it is on purpose, for a reason, and probably not subject to a TSB unless it leaks or proves to be an easy way to break in.Anyone have any updates on this? Wondering if anyone doesnāt have it! Maybe a TSB in the future
Interesting point. If they all are doing it then it's intentional and it had to be designed that way. Why is a mystery unless Toyota decides to address it but it could be for the reason stated. They had to go to an extra effort to do this quasi floating window so I'd say odds are good it is on purpose, for a reason, and probably not subject to a TSB unless it leaks or proves to be an easy way to break in.
