Gas mileage is pretty disappointing for a 4 cyl but those larger wheels will do this every time.

It'll be highly dependent on what tires you run. Run em big and wide, not so good. Stay with OEM or more street oriented tread, much better.

Does it say anywhere what the estimated time to fix is? Like, it's it a 30 min job or 3 hours.

That's not the easiest thing to fix. That certainly will delay things
