Thanks for the add! :)

Ex-Wrangler owner here. Missing a lot my Jeep but they are now way too expensive for what they offer.

A few days ago, I stopped by a local auto-show and really liked the 4Runner 2025.

In Canada, they are not cheap but thinking about a SR5 or TRD Sport (the two most affordable models). May be this year or I will wait until 2026 (saving my money at the moment).

I bet I will find tons of infos in the awesome forums. Hope to one day be able to contribute to the community.

I just picked up a TRD Sport over the weekend. It drives fantastic, it's actually fun to drive, feels very well built, and high quality. I couldn't be more impressed with the vehicle!

Hello All,

Love the opportunity to be apart of this group. Appreciate all the information and shared stories. My 2016 SR5 4Runner will be going to my son. Plan on purchasing 6th generation 4Runner TRD Off Road Premium - which is coming this week, pretty excited. Ice Cap exterior.

Pictures to come…

Hello everyone! Like all of you, I've been anticipating the arrival of the 6th gen 4Runner for a long time. Initially, I thought about getting the new base model Land Cruiser. I test drove it a couple times, but I didn't love it. Once I saw the first pictures of the 6th Gen 4Runner, I knew I had to wait. I was able to test drive a TRD Off Road Premium and very much preferred it over the LC. Currently, I have 2 allocations in at two dealerships here in Vegas. Both Ice Cap TRD ORP with TRD black rims and a TrailHunter. Both scheduled to arrive end of this month, beginning of next month. This will be my sixth 4x4 but my first 4Runner. I have to make the decision as to which one to get. Hybrid or Non-hybrid? The non-hybrid drove well. Didn't feel sluggish at all. Will the lack of the front anti sway bar disconnect make that much of a difference? Will the OME suspension be too stiff on the TrailHunter? The Bilsteins felt great on pavement. Compared to the LC, the ORP felt tighter with less body roll. I guess the nice thing about the TRD ORP, is that I get to customize and personalize it, where the TrailHunter is already built up. Decisions, Decisions? I enjoy reading many of the posts and look forward to being apart of this community.

Hi everyone - longtime Toyota owner here. I go way wayyyyy back to my 1st car - a used 1983 blue Celica liftback, which I had for abt 8 yrs. After that I briefly drove a Honda & a Nissan, but missed having a Toyota. I'd wanted a 4Runner since I first saw one in the late '80s, so I finally pulled the trigger & got a 2000 3rd-gen SR5 in millennium silver/chrome trim. I kept it until 2015. It had 244K miles on it, but I babied it - so it still looked beautiful & everything worked perfectly. One of the dumbest things I've ever done was trade it for a Highlander. I still regret it - should've kept it as a 2nd car. I even tried to buy it back the next day, but it had sold about an hour after I left the dealer. Since then I've driven 2015 & 2020 Highlander Limiteds - passing time while waiting for a 4Runner refresh. And it's finally here! (The timing is convenient as the driver air vents on my 2020 Highlander have weirdly stopped blowing - and will be expensive-ish to fix. So I'm saying adios ASAP. That can be someone else's problem.) I'm currently leaning toward a 6G Limited, but I'll have to see about availability. My 2000 SR5 was all truck - now I'm thinking a little bit of lux might be nice, especially after driving the Highlanders. Hopefully I'll have a photo to share later in the year. In the meantime, I look forward to reading everyone's thoughts and experiences RE the 6Gs.

Hi everyone,

I’ve been a 4Runner fan for the past 20 years. My first was a 2002. I’ve owned every generation except the 3 slo 2nd. Right now we are down to one 2008 SR5 4WD. It has 260K on it and is just feeling broke in. I put a deposit on a TRD Sport premium 4 WD last week. I hope to see my Supersonic Red in the next three weeks. I could have gotten a Heritage blue probably a week sooner. Red is my favorite color though. I had a tough time deciding between the Off Road premium and the Sport premium. Seems like the Off road is a bit better with the rear locker but I really like the color matched fender flares. Just hope that we don’t miss the downhill descent. We are like a kid waiting for Christmas.
