Nice.

We're in Phoenix, so tint is important, but one of the issues we have with our current 2010, is that a previous owner put on tinting which makes driving at night hazardous, so we would not go with the darkest available.

Did the dealership authorize you to release these photos of the vehicle you purchase, or, are you gonna be in big trouble?
No. I did not sign anything when I bought the car on Jan 16, in fact I keep posting pictures as well. Sent the youtube video from this site to the dealership and they loved them..

I keep the sales manager/finance manager happy. They thank for finding this car that they dont even know its coming, proactive i check all the websites who’s getting allocation, some bay area dealership put a markup of 14k for the same trim we get… the dealership nearby to me dont even have theirs yet and they already refunded my deposit…. I guess there is a bidding who get it first and dealership performance what i learned from others inside the dealership.

How about driving impressions or did Toyota swear you to secrecy until the embargo ends?
We have not driven it quite far yet. Just in town and some freeway…comfort compare to our GLE 350 its nearly identical, safety i have a lift truck and when you drive this baby feels like you are inside the truck with the comfort of mercedes.

Performance like I mentioned before when you go above 80mph is when you hear the turbo kick in……we are taking this baby to Joshua Tree National Park next week to do what its made off, then expect video and the rest of the performance. Excited to get this baby dirty..

if it is ceramic dont matter if it is light or dark heat wont penetrate as to compare with just putting a film.

Never said anything to me in fact they ask me to send photos to them. The youtube video from this site they already have and they appreciate me for that..

I just didn't want to see you get locked up by the local sheriff for releasing information about the vehicle before you were permitted to by the dealership. That would have sucked for you. Maybe you just got lucky and picked a rogue dealership.

Underhood engine compartment photos from my i-Force gas 2025 4Runner TRD Off-Road 6.jpeg
Thanks for uploading the engine pics. The new engine looks a lot different than my 1997 V6 engine :). I also have a 1967 Triumph TR4A with a 4 cylinder engine and it is so easy to work on the engine by myself. Everything is simple and straightforward with plenty of working room. When I get my new 2025 4Runner with the iForce Max Hybrid I feel if I touch anything in the engine compartment I will mess up the engine big time. I just hope my new 4Runner Limited engine will be reliable like my old 4Runner.
