Running boards standard for which trims? Aftermarket options?

When I ordered my limited I did not select running boards. I read that it might be standard, why the option to add? Does it come with boards installed? Are there any places where aftermarket are cheaper to buy, or should I have them installed at the dealer for 1250 as the option? I could not yet find a place that offer 2025 4runner boards. I do not want the running boards. Thanks

Fixed running boards are standard on the Limited, TRD Off-Road, TRD Off-Road Premium and Platinum trims. And optional on the SR5.

So if I did not mention Running boards to the dealer when I ordered it, it will come with it? I specified color, seat color, 4 wheel drive, and dash camera. So you are saying that boards will come installed?

That document the @Administrator cited was released a few weeks old and sometimes these docs have errors that are later corrected, but if you check the current live 2025 4Runner build & price at Toyota.com, you'll see that it still shows Fixed Running Boards come standard with the Limited trim (I posted screenshot below).

So yes you shouldn't have to mention it to the dealer since it'll come standard on your 4Runner Limited.

She told me around May, and it will be MSRP with the added floor mats and dash camera. Around 62k
