Those glossy fenders, indeed, need to go. I'm thinking a nice once over with some high grit sandpaper and then some Plasti-Dip or something similar.

I was hoping for something to protect them like the hood and door edge protection film that dealers offer.

Yeah, the guys in Europe say the same thing about Teslas made and sold in Europe...and yet Tesla's #1 factory that produces the most Teslas on the planet is in China with most of those Teslas being exported out of China. Perhaps Eloon is sending these Teslas to space since all the Teslas in Europe are made in Europe and all the Teslas in the US are made in the US with zero being imported.
Well, at least you indirectly agree that all of Tesla's Lithium is sourced from China.
I would make my response longer and include very cool facts, but it seems the editors own Tesla stock and are socialist, so most of what i write here gets deleted anyway so not worh the effort.
