yup and thanks! she hung out with us for 14 years ;) With the imminent 4Runner purchase on the horizon we may have to start looking into a new family dog to get proper use out of the back hatch window πŸ€”

Glad to join yall after lurking for a bit. Been driving and loving our 3rd gen Tacoma since we bought it new in 2019. Since I use it for both home and work, been thinking about adding a hybrid 4Runner. Lovin what I see of the Trailhunter 4Runner so far but will have to see how much its priced at. Plus there's the significant wait time for it as I'm sure it'll be a real popular model with long waitlists... which reminds me I should go get my deposit down asap πŸ€‘

I'm trying to dip my toes into the water of placing a deposit at a dealership in Michigan. I'll be lurking at any/all posts to see what to expect

We are going to buy a 4 Runner. I really like the bullet proof 6 cylinder and all the good years it has lasted. The new 4 cylinder turbo will probably get better mileage but we are both retired so I really don't care about that. I just like the body on Frame construction and it seems to be a good combo. Leaning towards a 2024 SR5 Premium.

We just bought our second Limited since just before Covid. Now we have a 2020 and 2024. I have to admit, I do love the look of the 6th Gen but will wait at least 2 more years before jumping in. We had our last 4th Gen for 16 years before going to the 2020.

I am really leaning that way to buy a 2024 TRD Off Road with premium package. There is one available in my area, the more I read about the reliability and resale value and how there has been no to very limited issues, I may pull the trigger and wait out the new 4 Runner for a few years. It was the mileage that was making me want the new , but with extra cost we know is coming and the probability that premium fuel is / may be required to obtain optimum mpg and or performance. Not sure if the savings will exist.

I used to sell Toyotas until 2007, and always wanted the 2007 4Runner Sport Edition. In 2015, I bought one, and it was my all time favorite vehicle I've driven until we decided to sell it last year when it started having small issues come up at 230k. We ended up buying a 2023 Honda Pilot Trailsport until the new 4Runner redesign comes out, so super excited for next year!
