0-60 mph comparison Hybrid vs Gas 4Runner?

I apologize if this has already been discussed but is anyone aware of a Zero to 60 and / or quarter mile comparison between the Hybrid and Gas 4runners, I am guessing it is significant but would be good info To have moving forward.

There's no published or tested 0-60 times yet for the 2025 4Runner 6th gen, but both Car and Driver and Motortrend published their field tested 0-60 times for the 2024 Tacoma Hybrid vs. Gas Models. These figures can give us a clue what to expect from the 2025 4Runner.

I don't know why the 2 publications got such different 0-60 times for the Tacoma TRD Pro Hybrid (0.5 seconds difference) but hope that helps answer your question until we see actual 0-60 times for the 6th gen 4Runner.

So the non-Hybrid is faster than the Hybrid even with less hp/torque. Must be the lighter weight.

In Car and Driver's results, yes. But Motortrend went got slightly better acceleration in the TRD Pro than the non-hybrids.
