I'm first on the list!
Had to tell them that another local dealership had a waitlist and ask if I should go over there. They pretty quickly decided to take my deposit.

Congrats again. 1st on the list is quite an accomplishment considering how deep most dealer's 2025 4Runner waitlists are!

I know this is a very small sample size, interesting that no one has said they are ordering a Limited trim thus far. I would have no issue downgrading to one from Premium if the price difference is substantial.

I’m curious to see just what the price difference might be & ultimately what the feature differences for that price wind up being. Saying I want it all & going Platinum is easy until you have to pay for it. Then the value of saving a few bucks looks pretty good.

Talked with 3 Toyota dealers in Kansas City (Kansas side), but 1 wasn't taking deposits/orders. All agreed to MSRP, but 1 wasn't taking deposits, the other 2 had doc fees they would not waive (or even price match).

Refundable deposit of $500, I can back out anytime. Went with the dealer offering lifetime powertrain warranty (mechanical bits only, not battery) for as long as I own the vehicle to supplement the Toyota 5yr/60K mile warranty.
