I browsed around and can't find any all-weather, molded "tray" style floor mats and cargo protection. If anyone knows of companies making them please post links here!

I've tried a ton of them and prefer the ones made by Weathertech from Chicago. They are custom fitted for each vehicle model, but unfortunately they are not yet available for the '25 4R.

weather tech is dead to me(last 4 toyota have had them). They always look dirty, the sides of the footwell allow debris and the passenger side doesn't lock in anyway so they slide around. I was really impressed with 3w that a friend has on their Tundra, superior coverage including up onto the sill. Also Lazfit looks nice so one of those two I'll try this time.

I called Weather tech and sent an email. They seemed to have lost focus on what made them a lot of money (Floor Mats). They had no ETA or nothing in the works for the four runner 2025. I was close to getting a Grand Highlander and contacted them again for mats. Same answer, we don;t have anything that fits at this time and nothing being worked on.

Also, my last mats for a Ford Escape did not hold up well. The drive side got a hole in it where your right foot heal sits. All went gray in color from black. The cargo mat seemed to harden and would constantly slip to the rear blocking the auto hatch closing. The cargo top was slippy too. Any boxes would just slide around.

I think weather tech was a great company but seems to have lots their way and forgotten the root product that made them a big company (floor mats). They are focusing on other in car trinkets that few people want or need.

I wonder if the Tacoma mats would be the same fit?

If your not too fussy, Costco sometimes have a universal fit Weather Tech mat set for about $35. You can cut to size. They are not overly heavy duty but at that price, can be replaced if they wear out.

Insider tip: Car detailers wash these and then use black spray paint all over them. That's the key to getting them looking like new again.

Thanks for the tip... That paint would need to be very flexible but I am sure they have a product.

Right. I didn't see the name on the can but I'm sure something that would allow some flex.

So does Toyota not even have weather mats for these yet? Google is getting me nowhere. I need a solution for the cargo area and back of seats pronto so I can drive my dog around

I looked at Husky and WeatherTech. They didn't have the mats for 25 yet. I called our salesman and he got some Toyota weather mats for us, free.

I'm not certain what you mean by tray style. I assume you're looking for something different than the all weather floor liners and cargo mats that come with some of the 4Runners (and that you can get from the Toyota website or dealership parts store)? Mine came with the all weather floor liners (front and back seats) and I bought the all-weather cargo mat for $110 from a dealership parts store (they had to order it, but it only took a few days). They said it was normally $140, but gave it to me with some discount (I don't know how true that it, just what they told me, but it was worth $110 to me). They list it as a $130 option in the build tool on the website, at least for the ORP (and the all-weather floor liners are $248).

Here's what the cargo mat looks like...

This pic was taken right after I dropped it in, so there's still a crease in it from being folded that hadn't settled yet. By "tray style", I'm guessing you're looking for something with a higher edge?
