After reading that production starts December I texted my dealer this afternoon. Here’s what she (a sales manager) shared:
No 2025 4runner allocations are out yet but she expects first ones in second half of December. East coast dealers will likely get allocations first (just how it usually happens) but the 4runners will get built at the same time as the west coast ones. They just allocate earlier to east coast.

"it (first allocations to east coast) may not apply with Japanese built vehicles, but the reality is they just allocate sooner, they don’t actually get them any sooner."

You bring up a good point about production location. I just asked and her reply was that:Interesting if true. I would have thought that the West coast would receive the first allocations since they are coming from Japan.
