This is exactly what happened to my TRD sport premium, both ends at the same time. I heard some noise as I was driving, I thought it came from my tires but when I look at the dam, I notice it was lose so I drove to the dealer, and they were trying to put it on me but when the mechanic looked at it closely? He found the clips that hold it, broken. I mentioned that it is a flimsy plastic chip part and Toyota should install a sturdier quality part and secure it with bolts and lock nuts, I also filled the survey from USA Toyota and stated the same. At this time there are not that many air dams out yet but when they start getting complaints from people over and over, they will do something about it. We'll see. I was thinking about installing a TRD skid plate anyways so not that critical for me but still upsetting, brand new vehicle, more then 60 gees and already falling apart.Check your front air dam. Ours broke off on both sides earlier today at freeway speeds
