I meant off-road focused. I specifically would want a 4Runner with Full-Time 4WD.Everest is also available for Trailhunter trim.
There's a lot to be very sad about with what Toyota has done with this line.I'm very sad that Everest is only an option on the off-road trims.
I've got a few complaints, but overall they have done a pretty spectacular job. What are you sad about? Many people a annoyed about losing the six cylinder, but pretty much everyone that has reviewed the Tacoma has said the new drive train is a clear upgrade over the old one. They kept pretty much all of the spirit of the old one too with keeping the rear power windows and optional third row. The off-road capabilities are just as good or better in many ways. There's a lot to be very sad about with what Toyota has done with this line.
Most likely the Trailhunter skids can be bolted to the other trims. The aftermarket will likely be robust if the Tacoma is any indicator.any one get a look under the Limited? any under body protection or are they reserving that for the more off road focused models?
Yes, Tacoma owners have been installing the Trailhunter skid plate on the other trims. Here is a DIY for reference:Most likely the Trailhunter skids can be bolted to the other trims. The aftermarket will likely be robust if the Tacoma is any indicator.

I posted a cheap product solution here --From what I've interpreted of the specs the Limited comes with the unwanted "Start and Stop" feature. Can this be easily disabled? Does it reactivate every time the vehicle starts?
