TRD Pro Allocations

I was the first on the list at the dealer back in May 2024 for the TRD Pro. My first color choice was Mudbath, with Ice Cap as my second option. A few months ago, I changed my first choice to Ice Cap.

Last week, the dealership reached out to let me know they had received an allocation that was expected to arrive in April, but it was black on black. I asked if they could get me a white one instead. The next day, they called back and said they had secured a white one for me by trading with a dealership on the East Coast.

Today, the white one arrived at port, and I was told I’ll be taking delivery on the 21st.

I’m also waiting for a Pro in mudbath. I’m on the east coast and have a feeling I’ll be waiting a while!

I just got the call this morning, my Dealer got allocated their first TRD Pro, scheduled for build on the 18th. I was going for either white or black and this one is black on black. I'm going in tomorrow to put my deposit down.

Congrats! I have the same one getting delivered to my dealer in about 2 weeks. I'll post pics!

at my dealer, my platinum is 1st on the hybrid allocation list.

a sales manager has the number 2 spot on the list for a trd pro

and yes employees have to wait on the same list as customers.

Wow! Really? That just took the wind out of my sails! They seem to be showing up in “ build phase” in the western part of the country. I hope we don’t have to wait that long

I’m hoping it’s less. I’ve called every dealer from here to PA that shows up with a TRD Pro in Mudbath and as assumed, they are all spoken for! My dealer has an allocation for a trailhunter right now and I thought that was more rare.

There’s one dealer in my state that is showing up with a TRD Pro and its black est availability date is 4/15-5/3. So maybe soon?

Hey guys just joined the page but long time stalker !

Have an allocation for a PRO in Mudbath in NC. I’m so excited , i searched and called everywhere for one and the only allocations in the area were black on black and 1 Ice Cap.

I was going to settle for ice cap when a dealer reached out to me with a spec sheet for a Mudbath.

No concrete ETA yet but it should be sometime in April/Early May.

Just be aware that if you are shopping out of your region that dealers usually won't sell you a vehicle. I tried to purchase a truck twice out of region and been shut down both times.

I saw that after my research here, but I figure it can’t hurt to ask. The dealership in PA said they had five deposits on the same vehicle.

At this point, it’s just become a game lol. I will likely wait for my allocation locally. I am not in a rush. Just wish I knew I was definitely getting it.

Would it be of any benefit for me to join another allocation list locally? I did contact another local dealer, but they told me the same wait as the first dealership I already have a preference on at.

Since different TRD Pro's get allocated to different dealers, I think that it would be valuable to get on the list with whichever the biggest dealer is in each state within your region. I would contact one dealer per state. Here is the Toyota region map in case you don't know it:
