Not the best way to start with Norm Reeves in Mission Valley (San Diego), CA.

Not sure what everyone else is seeing out there but I’ve been seeing $5k-$10k dealership charges for “scarcity” when I’ve called around. I know other companies frowned upon this before so was a little taken back to see it happening again.

That is rape. How do they come up with $90K OTD using the numbers shown here. Sales tax in SD 8.75%. Regardless, you don't ever accept dealer installed packages. That's their's not your request, it's their way of making more profit. What a joke of a dealership.

Do they charged your CC for a refundable deposit, then tell you they don't see a transaction. Q: Did they ever even charge your CC? Have you looked? That would be important information to know.
