Heritage Blue 4Runner full build begins

I'll be updating as I get parts delivered for a full build out on my SR5
plans are for:

• Peak lift - collar for now
• Full 2.5 remote resi billet arm kit
• 35" Toyo AT's
• Icon Alloy 17" wheels
• Full CBI armor, bumpers, skids, sliders, ditch lights, ladder, molle panels
• Prinsu rack
• Dirtcom trail swing
• Diode Dynamics lighting
• MB Quart audio system
• Midland GMRS comms
• REDARC DC to DC charging system
• Dometic refrigerator
• Camp solar panels
• Maybe some sort of drawer system
• And lots of other little stuff

Build will be debuted at MOORE Expo in Springfield MO in April and toured around the overland expo shows, regional events and SEMA this year.

I'll post full pics after debut. Pieces and part install pics until then.

It's kinda nice doing a forum again, after many died since fb and ig took over years ago!

Picked it up yesterday, finally after a few weeks. Milton at Jay Wolfe Toyota in Kansas City MO was great, they have soem allocations coming soon that haven't sold yet.

First thing today was pulling into shop and taking the chrome Toyota letters off the rear, painting the chrome Toyota badge, removing the 4 runner on tail gate, and getting the sr5 badges off, along with dealer stickers and the horrible lower air dam!

Drone mobile remote start and window tint tomorrow.

Tires are here, wheels are tomorrow, lift and CBI parts are next week!

Got a Hellwig rear sway bar today also, front is coming soon! these make a huge difference, I use them on all my lifted rides and the drivability if very noticeable.

Congrats on your 4Runner and starting your build. Didn't see the Dirtcom trail swing tire carrier on their site yet. Is it already available?

BTW, I saw this snow photo you posted in the other thread. Have you driven much in the snow yet? Any impressions / feedback on how the 2025 4Runner and stock SR5 tires handles snow?

I drove it home 200 miles in partly covered hwy and around town in completly covered snow roads. the 4 wheel drive works fine, the stock tires are horrible. at this point my outback would be a way better option.

The trail swing is great. I had one on my last outback build.

scuffed really good with red scotch brite, then painted it with a high quality sem plastic matte paint

drone mobile is a remote start system that has tracking, matinee, battery, and temperature on the app, its cloud based so you can access it anywhere. Unfortunately they didn't have the software yet to confirm the new platforms so I couldn't get that done today.

Got my Icon alloys wheels in today, so I had to install one of the Toyo AT3's on a wheel and toss It on to see how it will look.

These are 17x8.5" +25 offset with 35x12.50.17 tires. No lift yet, so it's just for a quick pic.

20% on rears, over factory
5% on front so they would match the rears

Nice poke on this setup without sticking out too much.

Any chance 35's fit without rubbing and no lift (did you test)?

I did not test turning clearances, id suspect there would be issues, even with 2.5" lift you need to remove the rear liner and modify the front some.
yes this +25 I think Is going to be the perfect offset
