Yeah sorta hoping they show the process of removing it, planning to take delivery in about 10 days off mine and a big road trip this summer and would like to be able to leave the air dam at the campsite but have it for the long drive portions.Looking forward to the even harder stuff in next video, and removal of that chin spoiler air dam.

I was really impressed that the stock 2.4 non hybrid did that well. I think for anyone that’s concerned about losing the V6, that they should be feeling a little better after watching that performance.
Not so much on this 6G specific forum website, but on the 4Runners forum for all generations, I've become convinced that some guys just feel like less of a man if their vehicle has only four cylinders instead of six. Forget the fact that the new four cylinder has more HP and torque and better fuel economy, four is less than six and some people just cannot deal with that. Most every review of the new 6 gen has positive comments about the new "4 banger" but still, there are some insecure folks out there that just cannot live with these facts.I was really impressed that the stock 2.4 non hybrid did that well. That looked pretty effortless. Curious at what angle incline / descent would have given a stock 4Runner TRD Off-Road issues.

I've owned seven Ford Mustangs. Three were GTs (V8 - 4.6L) and three were V6s. My current Mustang is the four cylinder Ecoboost and it is the fastest of them all. I love driving this "4 banger" and although nobody buys a Mustang to save money on gas, the better fuel economy and increased quickness of this turbo, well, it's a win-win to me. Here is a snippet I just picked up from the internet.....more of the same, kind of, eight is exactly double four, so it must be better, according to the purists. " the EcoBoost motor serves as the entry-level powertrain, but it still packs a punch. In fact, the EcoBoost outperforms the previous GT engine, the 4.6 modular motor used in the earlier S197s. However, some performance purists will say that the 5.0 V8 is the only way to go. " Sorry for jumping off the 4Runner train for a moment and onto the Mustang train. This 100%. I see so much vitriol for the new engine, despite the fact that on paper it’s better. I have no experience with the previous version but I’ve heard good things. Other than the fact that it’s well proven, it was definitely outdated from what I gather. People are just very reluctant to change. I have Jeep JL 6 cylinder and I previously owned the 4 banger. I can say without a doubt that the 4 was more fun to drive. Haven’t heard resounding issues on it either and I’d trust Toyota much more than Stellantis on building a quality 4-Cylinder.
