Looking for some of your guys opinions on what model to buy. I am buying a 4runner for my wife and we are thinking about going with the Limited over the TRD Sport Premium. Would like to know really what the benefits are vs the 2 we are going to place an order for one today.

Thanks

From what I’m seeing at this time you might get the sport premium sooner than the limited if that makes any difference. Also real leather in limited for 1 item

If the money was right, I would go for the Limited. Better base options and materials. I think the Limiteds might even have the padded top armrest (might just be the Platinums and halo trucks though).

Real simple: Drive them and decide for yourself based on which you like more.

The big difference for me would be that the Limited has full-time 4WD. I cannot speak for the 6th Gen just yet as mine will arrive sometime inside the next 13 days. One of the bigger problems with the 5th Gen was all the torque coming out of the back end, especially on wet pavement. The wet surface traction has to be better with full 4WD (AWD).

limited has nicer headlights, standard sunroof, power folding mirrors, and a few other shiny baubles. And like ^^^^ that guy said...full time 4x4 is an option.

In case you haven't seen this, here's a helpful chart breaking down all the differences between TRD Sport Premium and Limited;

Unless you REALLY gotta have the the TRD grille and hood scoop, the Limited over the Sport P, no question.
The Full-time 4wd, proper leather seats, standard sunroof for $500.

for a wife daily driver, the limited would be better suited. more creature comforts vs the other.
