Hi,

does anyone know if it's possible to record the camera feed specifically or the Trailhunter and possibly TRD Pro models as they are the ones that feature multiple cameras around the vehicle?

I am not sure what the resolution of these cameras is? but I was just thinking that this might be a great alternative to hooking up an action camera to the vehicle outside unless you wanted a very specific type of shot or angle.

Maybe there is some aftermarket solution that would enable this, like recording onto SD card of perhaps portable HDD??

No, nothing of that sort exists. Toyota will sell you an overpriced accessory dash cam that doesn't look very good, though.

I'll be buying a FitCamX when I get my 4R in. Another option is a Dongar adapter and a dashcam of your choice. But you can't record using any of the factory integrated cameras.

Hmm.... yeah I guess I can understand that.

The crazy thought just came to my mind as it would save having to rig up a GoPro or DJI Action(x) or Insta360 device in different places.

Shame as would have been cool though....
