they may install your new ones if you buy them from their parts dept, but I highly doubt they would credit you for any port installed items already on there.

Thank you. That’s totally fine with me. I consider the rock sliders a necessity in my neck of the woods. I can sell my brand new side steps to someone who has busted theirs up on the trails.

i would say gorhino . com frame mounted sliders (unless you just want the look of sliders without the beefyness of frame mounting)

gorhino has that covered in spades if you dont need frame mounted

but that is just me

OEM toyota rock sliders are frame mounted too. Just not has heavy duty as aftermarket

Not sure why in the hell Toyota is making steps standard on the off-road trim. Seems pretty stupid

After smashing steps on previous vehicles and having good rock sliders later, I agree. It seems like the Off-Road should come with rock rails/sliders, not the running boards (steps). I took mine off and I'll eventually get rock sliders/rails. But I'm not sure what I want to get yet. I haven't seen any I like.

They look solid and well-constructed. I installed Metal Tech 4x4 / Off Road Parts rock sliders on my 2023 Ford Bronco however it does not appear they have put one out for the 2025 4Runner yet. They look similar and have done an excellent job in preventing door dings since they protrude out far enough. Good luck and looking forward to seeing them on your rig.
